We design for your site
We begin with a site visit to develop a deep understanding of your land—what you love about it, as well as potential obstacles and opportunities. Using point cloud data from a range of sources, we develop an accurate digital model of your site that becomes the canvas upon which we design your home. This technology allows us to design precisely around your favorite tree and predictably frame the view you love.

We streamline the process
The Turkel Design system is optimized for predictability. Our process, refined over more than 300 projects throughout North America and beyond, brings control to the cost, timeline, and quality of every home.
By designing the home using a Building Information Model (BIM), then fabricating the building components in a factory, we set the standard for architectural precision. After the building component package is shipped to the site for assembly, it comes together “like LEGOs,” says one Turkel Design client, developer, and general contractor.
Our system leverages the efficiency of panelized prefabrication, which requires fewer on-site trades and trips to the building location. This reduces the overall construction time compared to traditional methods. “It is remarkable how quickly it comes together,” says a former tech executive and Aspen homeowner.
