Turkel Design is winning international recognition for Aspen Valley Home.
The Architecture Community honored the project, located in Aspen, Colorado, with its 2024 International Residential Architecture Award in the Housing—Single Family category. The awards “recognize outstanding ideas that redefine architectural design through the implementation of novel technologies, materials, programs, aesthetics, and spatial organization along with studies on globalization, flexibility, adaptability, and the digital revolution.”
Turkel Design is among a global list of honorees in more than a dozen residential design categories. The jurors praised Aspen Valley Home’s graceful integration of the natural environment into every interior space, along with its use of natural light, open air flow, and warm, natural materials.
