The prefabricated package extends beyond the structural shell to include specified components such as exterior cladding, flooring, decking, windows, doors, and custom cabinetry. These items are delivered in coordination with the builder’s schedule, helping the various elements come together as intended.
Once the shell is assembled and weathertight, your local contractor undertakes the remaining construction and finishing work, including insulation, roofing, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical work, and interior wall finishes. Throughout this stage, we stay engaged with the project team, helping resolve questions and keep the work aligned with the design.
