Grange Lake House
Serenbe, Georgia
Built in a community that embraces sustainability, the home meets the innovative EarthCraft House standards which ensure a residential building is sourced, constructed, and designed to reduce environmental impacts. In addition to resource-efficient building materials and systems, an inclined butterfly roof draws rain water through a central scupper along a cantilevered spillway into a retention pond, creating a dramatic plume of water. Clear sight lines run through the house and draw in the dogwood forest.
